What are Pallet Racking Protectors?
Pallet Racking Protectors are innovative safety guards designed to shield your warehouse racking uprights from damage caused by forklifts, pallets, and other warehouse traffic. Our protectors feature Reflex Technology with triple bumper design for superior impact absorption and "bouncebackability".
What sizes are available?
We offer three main sizes to fit all popular pallet racking profiles:
- RPS 600 - For Standard Duty racking legs (60-80mm wide profiles) - £21.39 per guard
- RPM 600 - For Medium Duty racking uprights (80-100mm wide profiles) - £25.55 per guard
- RPL 600 - For Heavy Duty, Drive-In and XL rack posts (100-120mm wide profiles) - £29.25 per guard
Are your products certified?
Yes! All our Pallet Racking Protectors are TÜV certified, EN15512 compliant, and tested to the UNI standard. They meet officially recognised safety standards and are trusted by the world's leading brands.
Installation & Fitting
How easy are they to install?
Extremely easy! Our racking protectors require no clips, straps, bolts, or drilling. Simply click them into place using the RP Click Tool. Installation takes seconds and requires no specialist fitters or floor damage.
Do I need special tools?
We recommend the RP Click Installation Tool (£26.59 per pair) for safe and rapid installation. We also offer a FREE RP Click Tool with orders over £500 net.
Can they be removed for inspections?
Yes! Each protector can be quickly removed and reinstated using the same RP Click Tool to facilitate pallet racking inspections when needed.
How do I know which size I need?
