Shipping Information and delivery stipulations
Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout unless stated.
Products are available to be delivered to several countries across Europe and the UK. However, please be aware that some locations, for example Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Eire, European Islands or non EU/UK mainland destinations will generally require additional shipping charges, so we advise you contact us for details of any additional freight charges first before placing your order.
If you are ordering from a country or area not included within the automated shipping section, please contact us to obtain shipping rates destinations not automatically calculated.
Unless stated please allow 10-30 working days for delivery from an order. If you require an urgent delivery, please write a note to this effect at checkout or contact us and we will try to arrange an express service. Express delivery will normally incur an additional charge and is only available on certain product lines.
Arrival times are based on delivery within a three to five day window from despatch, Monday to Friday only, and goods are generally delivered between 7:30 and 17:30 hrs. We are not able to provide or confirm specific delivery dates or times with our standard freight deliveries.
The products on this site are primarily for business to business purposes, and transport rates are based on delivering to commercial premises or institutions only. If you are a private customer and require delivery to a non-business or a residential address, please contact us, as there may be restrictions or additional fees for delivering to residential locations.
Unless previously notified and agreed, deliveries are made to a ground level, kerbside, location only. Any waiting time, congestion charges, city zone, emission levies etc.will be charged as extra over items where incurred.
An authorised person must be present to sign for a delivery.
Requesting Goods to be left without a signature or checking the delivery is entirely at your own risk.
Any failed attempt to deliver to correctly stated location will result in additional charges.
We cannot accept claims for shortage or damage after goods have been checked and signed for, or signed for as unchecked; unless the carriers note is marked 'damaged' and we are notified in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
However if damage or a shortfall has occurred, please contact us in writing via e-mail. Photographic evidence to support a claim will also be required.
Please be aware that some of the products on this site are heavy or awkward sizes and will normally be delivered on pallets by a vehicle of up to 19m trailer size and will require the recipient to provide use of a manned fork lift truck, or other suitable lifting equipment and/or suitable manual labour to facilitate unloading.
When ordering products of this nature it is assumed that you have these facilities at your delivery destination, unless otherwise agreed or notified at the time of your order placement. If you do not have adequate facilities or handling equipment to unload please let us know in advance and we may be able to provide an alternative means of unloading. Additional charges may apply where these delivery stipulations cannot be met.
From 1/1/21 UK & non EU customers may be required to pay customs clearance fees/import duty/ on certain product lines, subject to the product ordered, value of the goods and source location.

We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase. If within 14 days of delivery, you decide the products are not suitable * please contact us.
Please do not return any items without first contacting us. All returned goods must be unused and in a condition suitable for restocking and resale, in their original packaging.
Please see the above shipping notes for what to do if any shortfall or damage has occurred.
The products on this site are primarily intended for Business to Business supplies, and for all business transactions the sale of Goods Act 1979 applies. The consumer protection regulations will only apply if your are purchasing for home use delivered to a bona fide domestic address.
Returns on Business transactions will incur a 20% restocking charge and the goods will have to be returned at your expense, unused, in a condition suitable for restocking and resale, in their original packaging. Please be aware that only items returned in accordance with the above requirements and in unused, as new condition will be considered for reimbursement. Please allow up to 28 days for any refund.
Please be aware that certain products: pallet racking, some workbench and drawer cabinet models, cantilever racking products, warehouse steps, cupboards, cabinets, custom made and special offer clearance items are non-returnable.
Cancelling an order: Should you wish to cancel an order please contact us for a cancellation form. Please note that any orders cancelled after initial production, packing or despatch has been processed, will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the original order value, and a possible carriage charge.
